Super Taco is one of the only restaurants that pop in my mind when I think of authentic Mexican cuisine in the East Bay. This restaurant is popular amongst high schoolers and locals. I first came here in 2008 and returned recently only to see that the food still tastes great!
My secret tip is to get the Carne Asada Super Burrito, substitute rice for beans, add salsa and ask for it to be crispy (they'll toast your burrito on the grill).
The sauces they have here also greatly add to the delicious flavors. The green sauce is mild, while the red and the orange sauce is for the heat lovers.
Definitely recommended! -

The food is good, but not great. I chose this place because my husband likes to eat chips and salsa along with his meal bad they happened to have a check in offer of free chips with the yelp coupon. When we presented the coupon to the cashier, she refused to honor the coupon and proceeded to charge for chips that we told her we no longer wanted.
I don't think I'll return to this place anytime soon. I'd rather pay a bit more for better food and service. -

I've been to a lot of taco places but this is my least favorite.
Every time I've been here it's just no quality at all.
They're changed it up to look more like La Victoria but the taste isn't there.
Bland meat and tortillas taste like they're bought from foodmax. -

First off bomb ass carnitas but what brought me to review this restaurant is that I walked in and someone who I'd call mom was just so caring and kind she treated me like a kid who walked in after work for dinner she said would you like chili salsa chips ?? I was taken back she had me feeling the love her smile she is beautiful!!! Besides the greeting I've always loved the food I'd recommend the asadas also the cooks care they asked if I'd like chilies dorado basically cooked chillies bomb food try for yourself again love that lady she was a sweeet heart

Still a solid 4.5 in my opinion! Allen and I have come over quite a handful of times for the past 2.5 years.
Pro tip 1: cash only!! There is an ATM machine inside...
Pro tip 2: get their super burrito! SO good and hella worth!
Yay to no sour cream! Our go to is the carne asada super burrito
Only knockdown is their tortilla. It's not heated up or anything, so the entire thing gets super soggy after they wrap it up.
Their chipotle mayo is pretty spicy...get some if you like it!
Totally going to come here again and again...until I get sick of them!
